Heather Petty, MS, RDN, LD

Queen of Hearts Nutrition LLC

Heather Petty. I have a Master of Science in Human Nutrition, Foods, and Exercise from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Arts Management. I have over 8 years of experience in various settings including clinical, transplantation, and community nutrition. I started my career at Emory University as a clinical dietitian with an emphasis on heart disease, diabetes mellitus, kidney disease, and organ transplantation, just to name a few.
I believe in providing patient care that focuses on individual needs, understanding that no two clients are the same. I support clients with weight management, binge eating, cardiac health, kidney stones, and sports nutrition. I aim to dispel the myth of “good” and “bad” foods and ensure we recommend culturally appropriate meals filled with variety.
